Soluciones 3in S.A. de C.V., located at Privada La Paz 112, Col. Carolina, Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, postal code 76177, is responsible for processing the personal data collected for its newsletter.
Data and purpose
We request your email address and, optionally, your name to manage your subscription request, verify your email address and send you news, content and commercial communications from Soluciones 3in. Subscription is voluntary and requires your consent. This form does not request sensitive personal data and is not required to request our services.
Platforms used
The temporary form is hosted in Zoho Forms and records your subscription request and the consent you provide. To subsequently manage subscriptions and newsletter delivery, Soluciones 3in will use Zoho Campaigns and transfer the necessary data while preserving the consent record. Registering in Forms does not, by itself, verify ownership of the email address; if email verification is requested, you must complete it. These platforms are used for the purposes described in this notice, which applies only to the newsletter and not to other forms on this website.
Unsubscribing and limiting use
You may request to stop receiving the newsletter, withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data at any time by writing to contacto@3in.mx. Include the email address you registered with and the request you wish to make. You may also use the unsubscribe link included in newsletter emails.
Your data rights
To request access to, rectification or cancellation of your data, or to object to its processing, write to contacto@3in.mx with the subject “Newsletter privacy”. Include your name, subscription email address, a way to receive a response and a clear description of your request; for rectification, specify the correction requested. We will explain how to verify your identity or authority to act and, where applicable, what information is needed to process the request. Do not send identity documents in your first message.
